Flat roof executed with lightweight concrete for the formation of slopes, with waterproof layer and thermal insulation of 80/100mm with polystyrene and rounded edgings as a final finish.
Comprised of double gap bricks of 90mm thickness, with thermal insulation of expanded 80mm polystyrene, air chamber of 30mm, in the exterior part of the building with perforated bricks of 110mm and 20mm of single layer rendering on the outside.
Flooring and Tiling
Porcelain stoneware paving of 60×60 cm, placed on a self-leveling mortar base. The exteriors will have a non-slip finish. Bathrooms and toilets will be tiled with ceramic tiles of 60 x 30 cm.
Exterior carpentry and windows
Exterior carpentry and window frames of aluminium of the series TECHNAL or similar, in aluminium textured colour. Double glazed windows with dehydrated air chamber and solar control at the most exposed areas.
Security Entrance door to the house made from iroko-veneered marine plywood, with a smooth, lacquered finish on both inside and outside.
Smooth doors and closets, coated on the inside, without drawers, made to measure with lacquer finish. Hinges and handles made from stainless steel.
Air Conditioning, Floor Heating and Sanitary
Energy saving Inverter Heat Pump equipment is used for sanitary hot water system, floor heating and cooling the homes in hot summer days are standard in all units.
Electric installation and telecommunications
Electrical and telecommunication systems are adapted to the current European regulations. All units are prepared for the latest fibre optic installation to receive broad band internet through which local and international TV channels may be viewed.
